- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 62-year-old woman presented with microscopic hematuria and proteinuria with a history of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) for which she was treated with methotrexate which interrupted because of pancytopeni. Topics include test revealed positive for anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody, diagnosis of lupus nephritis (LN) that accelerated during golimumab therapy to control RA and consideration of golimumab as important as it can induce LN in some patients.
