- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 31-day-male admitted for posterior decompression at the lumbar 4-5 level. Topics include induction of fentanyl and propofolanesthesia, postoperative chest discomfort and lower back pain, and myocardial bridging at the mid-segment of the left anterior descending coronary artery revealed in coronary computed tomography angiography. It mentions coronary spasms due to obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and disorder of the parasympathetic nervous system.
