A case study of 27-year-old women is presented with an intrauterine pregnancy at several weeks gestation. Topics include considered the mother had two previous difficult vaginal deliveries and examines the required vacuum extraction (birth weight 3034 g) and the other suprapubic pressure for shoulder dystocia (birth weight 3289 g).
