- Abstract
The article offers information on lymphocytes which plays an important role in atopic dermatitis (AD) by regulating the chemokine ligand 27 (CCL27) and their receptor on T-lymphocytes cells and also affects the disease activity. It informs that in AD, activated T cells are found in blood and the affected skin marked the increase of activated T cells. It further states that calceneurin inhibitor cyclosporine A (CsA) and mycophenolic acid are effective for treating severe AD.
