- Abstract
The article highlights the findings of a study regarding the significance of sodium,K-adenosine triphosphatease (Na,K-ATPase) α1-subunit dephosphorylation by protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) to its recruitment to the plasma membrane. It mentions that Na,K-ATPase α1-subunit dephosphorylation is promoted by G-protein coupled-receptor agonists by PP2A at Serine 18 in alveolar epithelial cells.
