- Abstract
This article presents a medical case report that deals with a 9-year-old girl who was presented with severe oral ulceration initially diagnosed as lymphatic lymphoma. This case is not usual as the histopathology of the gingival biopsy proved to be sufficient to promote bone marrow biopsy and a further gingival biopsy. Once the means of self-injury had been identified, the gingival condition resolved.
