- Abstract
The author comments on the article "Clarke's column neurons as the focus of a corticospinal corollary circuit," by Adam W. Hantman & Thomas M. Jessell, published in this issue of the journal. Both the researchers found that the convergence of the cortical command pathway and the proprioceptive sensory feedback pathway occurs at spinal cord's Clarke's column. Dorsal spinocerebellar (dSC) tract neurons are part of the Clarke's column, which form a nucleus spanning thoracic and lumbar spinal cord.
