- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 48-year-old patient treated for idiopathic pulmonary hypertension. Topics include showing subsequent echocardiography revealing a giant aneurism of the main pulmonary artery; digital 3D model showing compression of the dilated pulmonary artery; and increasing pulmonary flow in congenital heart defects featuring pulmonary hypertension, infectious, traumatic, autoimmune, or idiopathic.
