- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 63-year-male admitted to the hospital with relapsed CC chemokine receptor 4 (CCR4)-positive adult T cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATL). It mentions that the patient received intravenous infusions of mogamulizumab (Moga) anti-CCR4 monoclonal antibody. It states that flow cytometric analysis (FCM) of peripheral blood revealed that the majority of the remaining ATL cells were negative for CCR4.
