The article focuses on court cases dealing with media, privacy and, defamation law involving health care providers and misappropriation claims. Topics discussed include Texas Supreme Court case Hancock v. Variyam, federal appellate courts dealing with state anti-Strategic lawsuit against public participation (SLAPP) standards and a lawsuit in which the state farm sued the contractor for fraud and racketeering, and the defendant counterclaimed for defamation. It mentions claims on video games.
