Studies the clinical implication of florid reactive follicular hyperplasia (FRFH) in elderly patients in Japan. Identification of an apparent cause of lymphadenopathy in different cases; Percentage of patients who exhibited histologic findings of progressive transformed germinal center (PTGC); Inclusion of PTGC in the etiology of FRFH in elderly patients as well as imbalance of the immune system.
