- Abstract
A study was conducted to determine the acceptability of a decision aid among clinicians who interpret growth scans in a UK tertiary maternity unit. The decision aid is an algorithm that categorizes women into high, moderate, or low risk and provides recommendations for repeat scans or delivery. The majority of the 41 respondents, including midwives, sonographers, junior doctors, and consultants, found the decision aid useful and followed its advice. Overall, clinicians found the decision aid helpful for standardizing and guiding management plans for women following growth scans.
