- Abstract
The article presents a case study involving a 57-year-old lady suffering from year-long asymptomatic lesions over her left leg. The patient was medicated on tablet metformin 500 mg twice a day for diabetes, after she experienced improvement in her glycemic control. It adds that blastomycosis-like pyoderma is an unusual vegetative proliferating tissue response to an infection.
