- Abstract
The article presents study on enzymatic fragmentation and structure characterization of carbohydrate moieties of radish arabinogalactan-protein. The study show that L-arabino-galactooligosaccharides released from the sugar moieties of a radish arabinogalactan-protein (AGP) were investigated by the action of action of exo-P-(l?>3)-galactanase. It also states that several cloned bacterial and fungal glycoside hydrolases were found that degrading the AG and helped to clarify their structure.
