- Abstract
In this paper, the microstructure and the microwave dielectric properties of NaNdTiSnO (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.02) ceramics prepared by the conventional solid-state route were investigated. All the solutions fitted well with perovskite structure. The replacement of Ti by Sn at the B-site increased the lattice parameters. The ε and τ decreased monotonically with increasing substitution factor x. The quality factor was found to have a maximum value at x = 0.01. The results showed that the Sn content significantly influenced the microstructure and the dielectric properties of the NaNdTiO ceramics, and the well sintered ceramics with x = 0.01 showed excellent microwave dielectric properties: ε = 104.71, Q × f = 8,774 GHz, τ = 205 ppm/°C.
