- Abstract
This article explores the importance of feminist approaches in adult education, specifically in relation to gender, race, and class. It highlights the work of feminist scholars who offer a nuanced understanding of the intersectionality of these issues and the power dynamics within education. The article also discusses the limitations of intersectional approaches and proposes the inclusion of other inequalities and complexities. It includes various papers that delve into topics such as intersectionality, intimate partner violence, challenges faced by international women faculty, and the contributions of Black feminism. The overall aim is to promote social justice and create more equitable and transformative educational experiences.
