- Abstract
The article offers information on several resources for evidenced-based practice in midwifery. Topics discussed include the use of the controlled cord traction (CCT) by birth attendants for the encouragement of placental delivery, the goal of the evidence-based practice for the improvement of clinical performance and quality, and the mechanical devices which can be used for the treatment of urinary incontinence in women.
