- Abstract
The article presents U.S. legal developments in marketing relative to the regulation of channels of distribution. In reference to the relations between buyers and sellers the Tampa Electric Co. v. Nashville Coal Co. case is cited. A U.S. District Court ruled that Tampa Electric Co.'s contract with Nashville Coal Co. was in violation of the Clayton Act.
