- Abstract
The article assesses the reproducibility of the new spectral domain Cirrus high-definition optical coherence tomography for analysis of peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness in healthy eyes. Analysis of 36 eyes of Korean volunteers showed the reproducibility of the calculated RNFL thickness and probability code determined by intraclass correlation coefficient, coefficient variation, test-retest variability, and Fleiss generalized kappa. Findings revealed the higher variability in the nasal area.
