- Abstract
The development of marketing strategies represents a relevant factor for different organizations, since the current market requires optimal and efficient methods, in the article we consider a documentary methodology, presenting an analysis of the relationship, importance and impact of an ethical thought, empathy and emotional intelligence within the new marketing this according to different authors such as Acevedo (2008), Daniel Goleman (1995), Howard Gardner (1983), among others, thanks to the various contributions are observed areas of marketing opportunity that experts could relate and apply for a greater scope within the market, likewise the use of empathy within marketing, cultural ideals, environmental, social causes among others generate greater confidence and a connection with society.
