- Abstract
The author reflects on factors that help improve the liver disease-related prognosis in patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. He cites the study by Pinato et al. on the prognostic utility of albumin-bilirubin (ALBI) grade. The author believes on the importance of estimated prognosis and assessment between prognostic factors and clinicopathological characteristics of HIV patients with HCC.
