- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 12 year-old boy who had vomited six times in a day. The history of patient revealed that had a premature birth, cerebral palsy and epilepsy. He also had been admitted to hospital twice for chronic constipation and rectal bleeding. Computed tomography of the patient's abdomen revealed a widespread fluid in the abdomen, contracted urinary bladder and rectum dilation.
