- Abstract
The article presents the case of a 14-year-old female with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), which was diagnosed when she was presented with fever, arthralgia, headache and purpura when she was 13 years old. A brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was conducted, showing abnormalities at the right paralateral ventricle. She was diagnosed with neuropsychiatric SLE (NPSLE) and haemophagocytic syndrome.
