- Abstract
The article "Eruption of First Permanent Molar Among a Group of Iraqi Children in Relation to Nutritional Status" explores the relationship between nutritional status and the eruption of first permanent molars in Iraqi children aged 6 to 9. The study reveals that girls tend to have more erupted molars than boys, and there is a correlation between the number of erupted teeth and nutritional condition, with obese children having a higher average number of erupted molars. The study concludes that body mass index (BMI) can impact the timing of first molar eruption, particularly in females. While the study is limited to a specific area in Iraq, it provides valuable insights for researchers and encourages further investigation in this field.
