- Title
Kent v Griffiths and others.
- Authors
Watt, James
- Abstract
The article discusses the Kent versus Griffiths and others case. The case confirmed that the ambulance service owes a duty of care to individual people who seek its services in order to be taken to the hospital, as decided by the Court of Appeal. The judge found that the ambulance crew members had falsified their record and a crew member had withheld the true reason why it took so long for the ambulance to reach the claimants' house.
