- Abstract
The article presents a study on the use of denosumab (DMAb) to treat osteoporosis in patients with impaired kidney function. It discusses details of the metholodology employed among subjects in the study to determine the effects of DMAb in incident fracture rates, bone mineral density (BMD) and incidence of adverse effects. It explores the benefits of DMAb for women with postmenopausal osteoporosis and stage 1 to 3 chronic kidney disease (CKD).
