- Abstract
The article deals with the National HIV/AIDS Strategy (NHAS) developed by the U.S. Department Health and Human Services (HHS). The NHAS called for the standardization of data collection and grantee reporting requirements as a way to promote a more coordinated national response across HIV/AIDS programs. It also called for the federal government to simplify grant administration activities.
