- Abstract
The article presents case study of a 55-year-old man, who was transferred to emergency room with left shoulder and anterior chest pain. It is noted that physical examination, generalized tenderness and swelling were observed on the mid diaphysis of the left clavicle and radiographs showed a midshaft comminuted fracture of the clavicle with a small fragment, but no marked widening of the acromioclavicular joint.
