Presents a study that investigated the weathering sources of calcium in the Hubbard Brook experimental forest in New Hampshire. Analysis of the calcium and strontium ratios within various soils and vegetation in the experimental forest; Examination of the strontium isotope ratios in the soil and vegetation; Estimation of the amount of calcium in the stream water.
