- Abstract
The article discusses a study which examined the effects of dieckol on immunoglobulin E (IgE)-mediated activation of mast cells in vitro and experimental type I allergy in vivo. Topics covered include the use of bone marrow-derived cultured mast cells from male mice in the study, the inhibitory effects of dieckol on IgE-mediated degranulation in LAD2 cells and the examination of the cutaneous extravasation of Evans blue dye in IgE-sensitized mice.
