- Abstract
The article talks about a complication of diabetes which is painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy that leads to poor quality of life, work, electrical stimulation to be considered for the treatment and the safety of electro-acupuncture. It talks about the process of randomization, acupuncture points determined with the guidelines of World Health Organization, medications of anti-diabetes allowed with stable doses and the studies of rescue medication and nerve conduction.
