- Abstract
A case study of female infant, born via normal spontaneous vaginal delivery to parents of Southeast Asian origin is presented, on day two of life with melena and generalized tonic–clonic seizures. Anaemia and thrombocytopenia with left parieto-occipital haemorrhage was found. Prothrombin Complex Concentrate and Bebulin drug were used for treatment with 14 days of monitoring. Treatment resulted in successful maintain on prophylaxis with Bebulin.
