- Abstract
The article presents a retrospective study on the predictors of loss in adolescent and young adult (AYA) males with mild congenital hemophilia A or hemophilia B in Canada's British Columbia (BC) and Yukon territories. It focuses on patients who got transferred from pediatric to adult hemophilia programs over a 10-year period. The study's findings on pre and post-transition clinic follow-up and the barriers to such follow-up are also discussed.
