- Abstract
The article presents research that examines the quantitative assays for anti-aquaporin-4 (anti-AQP4) antibody with neuromyelitis optica subclass analysis. The study shows no association between anti-AQP4 antibody immunoglobulin G (IgG) subclasses or antibody positivity and clinical parameters following p values adjustment. It also notes the significance of flow cytometric assay (FCMA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in detecting and quantifying anti-AQP4 antibodies.
