- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 27-year-old female with necrotizing autoimmune myopathy (NAM). The patient had a history of arthritis and Raynaud's phenomenon (RP). She underwent an electromyogram and pulmonary function test to assess her condition. She completely recovered in four days after she was treated with oral prednisone.
