- Abstract
The present I in vitro i investigation therefore was designed to test for potential interference of DYD/DHD with routinely and widely spread used P4 assays over a range of concentrations of DYD/DHD and P4. Graph: Figure 2: Graphical presentation of the recovery of progesterone (P4) in the samples with H(igh), M(edium), and L(ow) P4 concentration after addition of DYD/DHD at H(igh) and M(edium) concentration in the seven tested assay. For each sample to which DYD and DHD were added, the percent recovery was calculated against the corresponding P4 plasma sample to which no DYD and DHD was added.
