- Abstract
W leczeniu ran wykorzystuje się kolagen, który zawierają specjalne opatrunki. Zazwyczaj jest to kolagen pochodzący od ssaków lub ptaków. Większe zainteresowanie kolagenem rybim związane jest z mniejszym ryzykiem przenoszenia chorób odzwierzęcych oraz możliwością pozyskania kolagenu natywnego. Ocena efektów stosowania kolagenu niezależnie od jego pochodzenia i postaci może być prowadzona metodami subiektywnymi i obiektywnymi. W tych ostatnich dokonuje się pomiaru wybranych parametrów fizycznych opisujących stan skóry lub/i rany. Oceny stanu skóry można dokonać, badając jej właściwości mechaniczne, elektryczne, wilgotność czy szybkość utraty wody. Ocena bazująca na pomiarach elektrycznych związana jest z wykorzystaniem zjawiska dyspersji przewodnictwa elektrycznego skóry. Do dalszej oceny stanu skóry wykorzystuje się różnego rodzaju zależności lub współczynniki wynikające z zależności dyspersyjnych, a których wartości niosą informacje o stanie fizjologicznym skóry. Przeprowadzone badania pacjentów leczonych z zastosowaniem żelu z natywnego kolagenu rybiego wskazują na celowość jego stosowania w przypadku owrzodzeń goleni.
