- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a female term infant suffering from an infected fourth branchial pouch anomaly. The newly born baby was presented with fever, and initial diagnosis revealed leukocytosis with elevated C-reactive protein. Thereafter, neck ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) led to the diagnosis of an infected fourth branchial pouch anomaly.
