- Abstract
The article discusses a study which evaluates the efficacy of ranibizumab in the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration (wAMD) in real world conditions on a large population in France. The effectiveness of the drug was measured in best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) in elderly patients. The results of the study indicate the effectiveness of ranibizumab for the stable maintenance of (BCVA) in patients.
