- Abstract
Hillingdon Hospital in West London is midway through a project that developed an team-based approach to education and training opportunities for staff in Agenda for Change bands 1-4 in rehabilitation areas. The project aims to improve training opportunities and career pathways set out to develop a whole team approach to service improvement and skills development. This article discusses progress at Hillingdon since the launch of this foundation degree.
