- Abstract
Fraction 2 was applied to a C18 column eluted by a gradient MeOH-H SB 2 sb O (6:4-9:1) to provide six subfractions (Subfrs. Subfraction 2.3 (0.9 g) was applied to a C18 column eluted with MeOH-H SB 2 sb O gradient (55:45-65:35) to give compound B 4 b (5.5 mg). Subfraction 3.3 (1.5 g) was further isolated on a C18 column and eluted with MeOH-H SB 2 sb O (45:55-60:40) to yield compound B 2 b (700.0 mg). Subfraction 5.5 (0.8 g) was separated by C18 column chromatography (MeOH-H SB 2 sb O, 85:15-95:5) to obtain compound B 5 b (5.8 mg).
