- Abstract
The article describes the case of a four-year old boy with symptoms of priapism associated with methylphenidate. The boy was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and was observed for his irritability, reduction in appetite, reduction in sleep and sexual symptoms induced by methylphenidate treatment. The patient showed improvement in ADHD symptom following discontinuation of methylphenidate.
