- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 68-year-old man with conditions including three-month persistent productive cough, chest pain, and recurrent non-massive haemoptysis. It states that the patient was found to be negative of acid-fast bacilli through sputum test after Ziehl-Neelsen stain. In addition, the issues in differential therapy and diagnosis of pulmonary aspergilloma experienced in the case study indicate the need to proper management of the tuberculosis-associated disease.
