The article discusses some common examples of exercise-associated dysglycemia and possible methods to improve glycemic control. Topics possible strategies exist for managing blood glucose levels during and after exercise for individuals with type 1 diabetes, multiple factors that can affect glucose levels during and after exercise and enhance the overall well-being of active people with type 1 diabetes.
