- Abstract
The article discusses a robust trastuzumab pharmacokinetic assay using the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) with absolute quantitation (AQUA) peptides by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Topics covered include the quantification of trastuzumab in mice serum, the results of MRM that represent time profiles of trastuzumab, and the main pharmacokinetic parameters of both MRM and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
