- Abstract
The article presents a study on the use of very low concentrations of high-sensitivity troponin T to rule out acute myocardial infarction using single blood test. Topics discussed include evaluating the diagnostic characteristics of using high-sensitivity troponin T levels below the limit of detection, secondary analysis of data obtained for different primary purpose, and risk of bias exists when patients were not enrolled consecutively.
