- Abstract
The article discusses the importance of spectral resolution in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy to improve the resolution at a high cost in sensitivity. It highlights the development of pure shift experiments (PSYCHE) with superior sensitivity, spectral purity, and tolerance of strong coupling for spectral resolution of most applications. It examines the combination of frequency-swept pulses and field gradient in zero quantum coherence (ZQC) for suppression method.
