- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 33-year-old-man with a history of rheumatoid arthritis who presented with asymptomatic brown patches and linear skin lesions on the trunk and extremities. Topics covered include the presence of epidermolytic changes in two lesions, the association of lentigo simplex, linear epidermolytic naevus and naevus comedonicus caused by a somatic heterozygous mutation in KRT10, and the similarity of the case with a case under phakomatosis pigmentokeratotica (PPK).
