- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 79‐year‐old woman with a known medical history of psoriasis vulgaris treated with methotrexate presented with a 1.9 cm palpable, painless tumor in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast. The tumor was in close proximity to the axillary tail. Digital tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, and computed tomography showed two oval circumscribed masses of the right breast located in the right upper quadrant and the retro areolar region with skin infiltration.
