- Abstract
The article presents bone and mineral research into the regulation of osteoblast proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis by fidgetin-like 1 gene inhibited by basic fibroblast growth factor (BFGF). Fidgetin-like 1 (FIGNL1) gene is a subfamily member of adenosine triphosphatases. FIGNL1 overexpression did not alter cell death in osteoblasts.
